ARDLER VILLAGE TRUST

Fun Day 07
HOME Despite poor weather the 2007 Ardler Fun Day was a great success. Once again we started with a procession led by the Dundee Police Pipe band and Kirkton Drummers through the village centre before local resident, Gordon Black, made a speech on the 40 years of the Ardler Multi's ahead of the knockdown event later in the week. Activities included the Army Climbing Wall, Street Football, Horse and Cart rides and over 40 stalls. This was complimented by a packed display program led by the Sharks cheerleaders, Jugglers, Karate and drumming. The highlight of the afternoon came in the talent spot where Dayla Davidson gave a great contemporary dance show followed by local lad Liam's rendition of the Views ' Same jeans'

The Fun Day organising committee would like to thank everyone involved for making the day a success and invite you all to keep an eye out for next years event which is planned to take place around the 2nd weekend of June 08.
